Thiago Lamont de Lacerda is an attorney and the Founding Partner of Lamont Lacerda Law Firm. He leads a team dedicated to providing legal counsel in International Law, Maritime Law, and Customs Law. The firm’s practice also encompasses Corporate, Tax, and Succession Law, with a strong focus on wealth planning, corporate reorganizations, and cross-border transactions. Member of the International Association of Lawyers (Union Internationale des Avocats), based in France. He is also a Full Member of the Special Commission on International Law, the Special Commission on Maritime, Port, and Customs Law, and the Special Commission on Aeronautical Law of the São Paulo State Bar Association (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – Seção São Paulo), pursuant to issued by the Office of the President. He has received the distinctions of Honourable Colonel and Colonel Aide-de-Camp, as well as appointment as a Goodwill Ambassador of the State of Kentucky, titles conferred by the Governor of Kentucky, USA. He currently serves as an observer and Special Consultant to the United Nations, holding special consultative status in the General Assembly Hall -INTERPOL, and as an adjunct member of the delegation for International Relations and Public International Law.
